Even within Tokyo, there are four branches, and how busy they are varies by branch. It seems that registration can take longer at the busier branches. That said, they generally try to complete registration within a week, so if it’s already been 10 days, I think it would be fine to contact the branch through LINE and ask about it. Just make sure to ask as politely as possible. If you phrase it poorly, they may write something like, “This woman has a bad attitude,” which could count against you. It’s strange that this could happen when the delay was caused by the club, but that’s how it is.

There are multiple branches in Tokyo, and each branch has several staff members. So I think it would be best to ask them via LINE.
