When I searched the Hiroshima branch for people living in Okayama Prefecture, I found 16. I can’t see the blacked-out profiles, though.
This is a great season for peach picking in Okayama, lasting until around August. Kibidango millet dumplings, the three hot springs of Okayama, and Bizen pottery are also worth checking out.
Of course, when you think of Okayama, you think of Momotaro.

There are several registered women around Okayama.
If you cover their transportation costs and are mindful of the time, you can also invite women from Hiroshima, Fukuoka, or the Kansai area, since there are bullet trains. You can even invite some women from the Kanto area by covering travel and accommodation expenses. Try asking the club.
With Fuu, I’ve made offers to women registered at the Sapporo, Sendai, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka branches, but not Hiroshima yet.
Women outside the major cities come with all kinds of advantages ^_^

There probably aren’t many, but I’m sure there are some. I once stayed in nearby Fukuyama, and since there was someone from that area, I did consider making them an offer.
As others have mentioned, you could also make an offer to a member who’s willing to come if you cover their bullet-train fare and other travel expenses.

Searching for “Okayama” on the Universe site brings up 25 profiles.
I checked about three of them, and they say things like “Okayama is an area where dates are possible with the standard transportation allowance” or “I live in Okayama.”
One common feature seems to be that many prefer a private room for meals. That’s small-city life for you—they probably don’t want to be seen.
If the questioner has enough room in their budget, it might be less stressful to offer extra for transportation and invite someone from around Kobe rather than choose someone local.

I once had a monthly arrangement with a woman living in Okayama. She was C-type and in the Black class.
I traveled for hours to meet her and showed up fully prepared. Even the dinner date at a city hotel went perfectly. Or so I thought—the escorting was almost too perfect, and she switched into romantic mode. When I invited her to become intimate, her expression clouded over. We moved to the lobby and talked for a while, and I realized she wanted to continue having a normal date. So we spent another five hours or so together before parting ways.
That was the first time a C-type woman had ever turned down becoming intimate with me.

As an aside, six months later I went on another date with her in Okayama. I gave her an allowance of 100,000 yen and H happened, but her VIO area was an untouched jungle. I found that appealing in its own way, though.

If your broad question is whether you can meet someone in Okayama, then yes, it’s possible.
You could have a woman come from out of town as long as you can cover her round-trip transportation, a hotel where she can stay alone, and the ¥10,000 transportation fee required by the club’s rules. (Of course, she may still decline.)
However, if you mean that you want to meet someone who actually lives in Okayama, I think that would be difficult. Basically, few women come in to register from areas without a local branch.
The nearest Universe branches to Okayama are in Hiroshima and Kobe. So if you’re willing to go to Kobe for every date, I think you should be able to find women who match your preferences.
