When leaving Universe Club, I think it’s best to clearly state what you want to happen with Pato.
Adding just a brief note can prevent misunderstandings, so I recommend doing that when you withdraw.

If you withdraw from Universe Club, your PATOLO membership will usually be canceled as well. (I assume they do this because they figure the woman probably just forgot to mention it.) However, since they were originally separate services, it’s also possible to leave Universe Club while keeping your PATOLO membership active.

I’m guessing Patro doesn’t automatically deactivate your account unless you request to leave. I say that because messages on Patro often remain unread. It seems quite common for women to forget they signed up and simply leave their albums untouched.
