I think you should contact the club and ask them about it. It may be tough, but the initial offers are important, so try your best to adjust your schedule and accept them. Since profiles are displayed with the newest members first, your profile moves lower each time a new person joins. It may simply be that the other newcomers receiving offers are now being shown higher up. You’re off to a good start. As long as you don’t receive poor ratings for things like rude behavior, you should be able to keep things going smoothly. I’m rooting for you.

I’m not quite sure what you mean by “it seems the staff are also having trouble coordinating schedules.” Do you mean that the dates and times when you’re available to go on a date don’t line up well with the times the men are offering? Or are you getting confused because you can no longer tell which man an offer is from? (For example, you said, “I’m available on the 〇th,” and then the date was finalized with a different man?) If that’s the case, the staff may have temporarily hidden your profile until the date arrangements were sorted out. It’s unlikely they would hide your profile after only four or five offers, but they may do so when the communication and scheduling become confusing.
