In the Tokyo metropolitan area, it’s difficult to receive your member-page password the next day, and it usually takes about a week. So perhaps this was a regional branch?
I can think of two possibilities:
① The password has been issued, but your profile is still hidden. Before making it public, staff are recommending you to certain men.
② Your profile is already visible, but at a regional branch, especially if you’re listed as “Black,” there simply aren’t many Black-level men, so offers only come in sporadically.
In case ①, your profile will be made public after you’ve been recommended for one or two weeks. Since the only men who can add you to their favorites are those you’ve been introduced to, the pool is small to begin with. I think it’s better to see how things develop after about two weeks.
Case ② could apply if, for example, you would have received offers if you were Platinum rather than Black. Even then, though, I don’t think you can judge the situation after only two days.
You probably won’t know which of the two patterns it is until about two weeks have passed, so for now, I think you should focus on making the most of your dates with the men who have contacted you.

At the Tokyo branches, I’d mostly heard staff saying things like, “There are already X people who’ve been waiting seven days—what should we do? We don’t have time to register them again after the interview, like writing their comments and choosing photos.” So I was under the impression that quite a few people end up waiting more than seven days.
Also, since it was the end of the year and there were about five days off, it’s possible they decided to register you right away so that the seven days wouldn’t pass before they knew it.
You’re more likely to build a long-term arrangement with the person who makes the first offer. It’s also easier to hit it off.
As Yozakura wrote, I think it’s best to value the offers you’ve already received.
As Makeotoko said, it could be an early offer. Whether it came before registration or immediately afterward, a man who reaches out first clearly likes you, so the chances of things working out are high.
Rather than waiting for offers that may come later, I think you should prioritize the one you have now. A man who makes an immediate offer is probably more interested in you than someone who only makes an offer after wavering over it for a while.
Getting an offer the day after your interview is impressive. The staff must be putting a lot of effort into editing your profile, too.
As Make-Otoko mentioned, they probably introduced you to some members ahead of the general release, which led to an immediate offer.
Your profile will be made available to more members in stages, so you’ll likely start receiving likes and offers. I don’t think there’s any need to rush.
