The Universe Club website is constantly updated with introductions of new female members, but there’s no introduction of me at all.
What criteria do they use to decide who gets featured and who doesn’t?

There aren’t any particular criteria.
However, if you don’t have a photo suitable for the format we use for profiles—that is, a photo where your face isn’t visible—we won’t post one. Also, if a lot of people come in for interviews that day, we may only post profiles from the top of the list until we reach the limit.
So I don’t think you need to worry too much about whether your profile has been posted. But if you would like it posted, why not contact the branch where you registered?
If there was a specific reason it wasn’t posted, they may be able to tell you what it was. They might even post it after all, so it may be worth asking, even if you don’t get your hopes up.
