Recently, the same woman has been at the very top of the women’s list all the time. I’m not filtering my search, so why is that?

I wondered why, so I checked the settings, and it looks like it was set to always appear at the very top until a certain date... It was a method that was popular about ten years ago, but we received feedback from men similar to the question asked here. After that, the president instructed us not to use this method anymore. It seems a staff member who joined after that time handled the reshoot, so perhaps that rule wasn’t passed down. Or maybe they thought no one would notice?
