The club will not tell a third party whether a specific person is registered, and I don’t think there’s any system that allows you to check. If there were, neither safety nor privacy would be possible.
If you’re really that concerned, the only option is probably to register yourself and check. The fact that you’re looking for some other way feels a little misguided.
At the root of your desire to confirm that she isn’t registered, there’s clearly anxiety or suspicion. Rather than trying to resolve that anxiety by asking the club, shouldn’t the first person you address it with be your wife herself?
A dating club isn’t a place for clearing up doubts and suspicions.
That may sound a little harsh, but before looking for a way to verify it, I think it would be far more constructive to ask yourself, “Why am I so suspicious in the first place?”

So, if your wife were registered, you wouldn’t mind her finding out that you’re registered too—but if she were registered, you’d want to complain about it (while conveniently ignoring your own situation)?
I’m not really sure what you mean, but the club won’t disclose that information. Even if a lawyer or the police contacts them, they won’t provide it. Japan operates on a warrant-based system, so they only disclose information when presented with a warrant.
Why would they tell an ordinary male member? If they did that, women would no longer feel comfortable registering.
Besides, they don’t even know whether she’s your wife.

You probably have no choice but to search using those two details and see what comes up.

Men are generally less intuitive and perceptive than women, so if you already suspect something, it’s probably almost certainly true—not necessarily papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), but an affair of some kind.
Fuu is in the same boat, lol. I’m a husband who was cheated on, and I started papa-katsu after my wife’s affair.
I try to look at it positively. Since my wife went first, it’s easier for Fuu to do the same—or rather, we’re a family that trusts each other, so neither of us plans to separate. But sex is out of the question, so we outsource the excitement, lol.

I don’t think they’ll tell you anything in the first place. When a male member asks about a woman he’s interested in, the club will never disclose her personal information. The same goes the other way around.
That said, a married couple who are both members of a club sounds like quite an extraordinary household. I learned something new.
