Maezawa here. Huh? I thought 45 was just a guideline. Were you turned down when you applied? That said, if there’s a guideline, you should expect the screening process to be stricter. Still, if people say you look younger than your actual age, you may have a chance of being accepted. Why not just apply normally and see what happens? If you’re worried, you could apply without stating your age. I think you’d still be able to attend the interview itself.
