It’s been six days since my interview, and even though I was told I passed, I still haven’t received a LINE message with my page login details. It also seems like they may have removed me from their friends list. Does this mean I failed the interview after all?

If they’ve disappeared from your LINE contacts, it’s most likely a system glitch. It’s also possible that an offer came in and, although we contacted you, our message never reached you.

Could you try contacting the branch where you registered through another method, such as by phone or email?
