How much of an advantage is it to be able to speak English in papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan)?

It would probably be quicker to ask the branch where you’re registered, but if I had to say, in my case, I’m just a country bumpkin and can’t speak English at all. Still, I don’t think being able to speak English gives you that much of an advantage. ましてや、 English being someone’s first language is probably extremely rare. That said, introducing yourself in English might be a good way to appeal to a papa (a male supporter), haha.
