Does it actually happen that the allowance doesn’t work for both sides, so things don’t progress to a hotel?
So far, I’ve never had a situation where we didn’t go to a hotel—either I reluctantly compromise and accept less than my ideal amount, or the other person agrees to my terms.

Before Patro came along, it happened fairly often.
Patro displays the allowance amount you’re looking for, and even with women who don’t list one, I message back and forth with them before meeting.
There was only one woman whose terms had been confirmed by message, but she canceled on the day, saying she wasn’t feeling well, and then blocked me. So I figured something like that can happen.
Before Patro, there were times when the terms didn’t match on the day of the meeting.

Yes, there are.
Since I’m usually the one traveling a long way to meet for a date, I’m prepared to give it a try at least once, even if the allowance is on the generous side.
That said, I don’t offer more than I had expected to any woman.
