Kida, the club’s representative, who’s particularly sensitive to the word “die,” will answer this one.
Now that you put it that way, I suppose I can kind of see it.
I’m picturing a scene that may or may not have come from a Korean drama.
There’s a pristine white mansion, endless stretches of lawn, and some wealthy intellectual type wearing pink golf clothes—
“Nice shot!”
Ahn Shin-ae is standing beside him, putting on and taking off her gloves.
After that, they take a shower, have dinner, and slowly start taking off their clothes on an enormous bed.
That’s my Ahn Shin-ae fantasy—the Korean-drama version. Am I getting it right?
It definitely has a very “the ultra-rich” feel to it.
I can almost imagine the father’s secret love child showing up at some point.
Anyway, the ultimate dream of our club members is to play a round with a top-class beautiful golfer, then play another kind of round at night—is that what you’re saying?
Not bad.
Not bad at all, but it doesn’t quite click for me.
For starters, if someone like Ahn Shin-ae—or Park Geun-hye—asked me,
“Annyeonghaseyo, kamsahamnida, golf-seure?”
all I could probably say is, “Yeah, sure.”
Would golf really be that much fun with someone who wouldn’t even understand an old-man joke like, “And tonight, I’ll score a hole-in-one with you!”?
Ahn Shin-ae probably plays golf with an incredibly stern expression, too.
Well, Ahn Shin-ae is just an example, I assume. So you mean “a golf date with an incredibly beautiful woman,” right?
Hmm… yeah, I haven’t really managed to focus on that.
The Korean route is extremely difficult, so if it’s a female golfer, maybe—just maybe—I’ll be able to focus someday.
Hmm… perhaps.
