Everyone has a different sense of money, so I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it in particular.
A relationship isn’t determined by the allowance alone. As long as you and the woman agree on the overall arrangement—including the time involved, the type of dates, and any other benefits for her—I think that’s perfectly fine.
