You could try sending that message along with your photo to the lounge staff member in charge. There might be a chance. To begin with, how many kilograms have you lost? Also, even if you lose weight, it’s fundamentally impossible unless you have the kind of looks that would make a papa (a male supporter) want to pay for an adult relationship (intimate). Please understand that losing weight alone doesn’t guarantee you’ll pass the interview. If you still want to do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) even if you don’t pass, there are many attractive women—and plenty of competition—at clubs. Rather than making this your battlefield, I think you’d be better off doing papa-katsu on Happy Mail or X.
