As for the setting fee for women’s membership tiers: if Standard and Black cost the same, I’d only make offers to Black members who look good and have a pleasant personality and demeanor.

Have women in their 20s who ask for ¥20,000 in transportation expenses figured out why they aren’t getting any offers?
Whether it’s called an allowance, transportation costs, or a payment to the club, money is money. Apparently, male members don’t see enough appeal or benefit in meeting someone who costs that much.
