I’m a male member. It seems that contact with women is usually handled through LINE, but don’t male members have a LINE contact as well? At least, I’ve never been given one, so I’ve been communicating via Gmail. LINE would be much quicker and more convenient, though.

The policy varies by branch, but generally, men communicate by email and women through LINE.

That said, although it’s quite rare, some women do communicate by email, and some men use LINE.

While it’s probably best to follow the standard communication method, accommodations may be possible, so please check with your branch.
