Everyone sees things differently, but aging is inevitable.
Whether he can still “perform” or not
(whether he can have sex or not)
really depends on the individual.
Among 68-year-olds, I’d say he’s still doing pretty well, though...

No matter how handsome a man was when he was young, age treats everyone equally. By around 70, he’ll generally fall into the “older man” or “old man” category.
But whether that’s where it ends is another matter. I believe what really matters is how you grow old.
Some people carelessly let go of the qualities they had in their youth and simply become old men. Others develop the composure, confidence, and sense of cleanliness that suit their age, becoming what you might call an “attractive older man.” And although they’re quite rare, there are also men who retain a certain sensuality and allure beneath their aged appearance—the kind of person sometimes described as an “ikekoki.”
Someone like Hiromi Go may seem exceptional, but I think that’s less a miracle than the result of spending many years refusing to neglect himself, while maintaining an awareness of how he is perceived and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
So it’s not true that someone who was handsome in the past will inevitably become disappointing with age. However, if you do nothing, you’ll naturally grow older. That applies equally to both men and women.
I think it simply comes down to this: only those who refuse to use age as an excuse and continue to value cleanliness and sensuality can remain attractive as they grow older.
It does require effort, but I believe there’s definitely a path to getting there.

Of course you will. Sooner or later, you’ll become an old woman—and eventually a grandma too. What are you, Nikai? You idiot, lol.
That said, the two leads in *Return of the Dangerous Cops* are both in their seventies. If that’s still within your acceptable range, then the answer might be no.
By the way, some people say aging is a disease, and there are even people developing drugs for it, so maybe things won’t turn out that way in the future.
