As Kazu said, that’s right. I’ve seen allowances as high as ¥300,000 in the past, but these days, the maximum is probably around ¥150,000.
If Universe Black doesn’t meet your expectations, you should consider THE SALON. The annual membership fee is around ¥1.4 million, but the women are seriously cute—so cute they’ll make regular AV actresses seem unappealing.
They don’t advertise much, but it’s unquestionably the pinnacle of amateur papa-katsu. If your annual income is ¥40 million or more, definitely get in touch.

“Premium” refers to women who have a special placement fee set for them. There are even cases like “Platinum Premium,” so it’s not simply a level above Black.
For Black Premium women, it’s usually around 150,000 yen, though I feel like I’ve seen as much as 300,000 yen at the highest.
