Would having limited availability work against me when you select female members?
And even if I were accepted, would it make it harder for me to receive offers from men?

It won’t work against you. You can assume that having limited availability will have little to no impact.
However, if your limited availability is interpreted during the interview as a lack of motivation, it could affect the decision, so you should make sure you don’t come across that way.
The interviewing staff should be able to see through that, but since there’s always a chance of misunderstanding, it would be best to keep that in mind.

That depends on the individual.
If you’re a popular woman who receives offers soon after registering, it will hardly be a disadvantage. The man will likely adjust his schedule to yours and be willing to meet even a month later.
However, if you’re more of an average member, I think it could put you at a disadvantage. If your schedules don’t line up, he’ll likely look for someone else.
That said, if you have at least one day a week when you’re available, you may still be able to arrange dates. Why not try registering first?
