I’m sure this situation feels quite restrictive, but if you’re feeling uneasy, why not simply leave and register with another club? Or try an app.
If that still makes you uncomfortable, come in for an interview at a salon that doesn’t require a profile.
But to be honest, I want women doing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) to hold their heads high. I never want them to become slaves bought with a man’s money.
You’re the one choosing to spend time with a 70-year-old old man. He’s the one who’ll be crying and begging you not to leave.

Forcing someone to leave the club
(including pressuring them to take a break, or making comments or taking actions that discourage them from continuing)
This violates Universe Club’s rules.

Yes, exactly.
If your papa (a male supporter) can cut off your work or living expenses at any time, then quitting only puts you at risk.
If he’s telling you to quit, he needs to guarantee your future work and living expenses as part of the deal.
Even so, from the club’s perspective, it still counts as a rule violation.

I don’t think the staff would leak a woman’s personal information.
That said, as mentioned earlier, a wealthy man can investigate almost anything, so if he seriously looks into it, there’s a good chance it could be found out.

There may be a way to address your concern about how the club handles this.
That said, if I were your father, I’d hire a private investigator. Depending on how much I was willing to spend, there’d be almost a 100% chance I’d find out you were still doing it.
Rather than thinking about how not to get caught, it would be wiser to think about what you’ll do if you are caught. I’m not mocking you, but if you consider papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) to be nothing more than that, make sure you can still survive—even if you’re cut off.
