Thank you all for your thoughtful advice from a male perspective. My former papa and I exchanged emails almost every day, and even with the time difference, we usually replied within a day. But my last email was left on read for two days. During that time, he was logging into Patolo frequently. He was such a wonderful and kind papa. We had planned to meet many times over the holidays because he promised to return to Japan earlier than usual, so I’m honestly very sad that we ended things. Following everyone’s advice, I want to cherish the papa who is still seeing me. At first, this papa said we could only meet once a month, but as his feelings for me grew every time we met, our arrangement became twice a month over the past few months. Like my previous papa, we email almost every day, and we’re very close. I’d like to learn more and more about his hobbies and see if we can find something we have in common. I hope it wasn’t rude, but thank you all so much. If my former papa happens to see this post, there’s something I wasn’t able to tell him at the end: I was truly happy to have met you, and honestly, even now, it still doesn’t really feel like we’ve said goodbye.
