What’s the most surprising complaint you’ve ever had about a man or woman since joining the club?

I’ll try to answer from memory—though I tend to forget the bad experiences pretty quickly. It’s hard to narrow it down to one thing and say, “This was especially bad!” There were times when I was shocked by reports from female members who were incredibly calm—so calm that I was the one left startled—saying that a complaint from a woman looked like it might become a police matter, but that they had gathered all the evidence perfectly. As for complaints from men, the most memorable were the generous gentlemen who amusingly told stories about the eventual fate of women who had taken their obsession with money too far. There’s nothing more interesting than a date that doesn’t go well, is there? I really think it’s the perfect place for observing people and learning about human nature.
