This isn’t a question, but I thought it might be helpful to mention… What counts as a “stupid” question? For this particular question, I think you can get a general idea by looking at the Universe website and so on. Anything beyond that could be considered gathering information on competitors—or even industrial espionage—so from the standpoint of preventing information leaks, I imagine they can’t just answer anyone’s questions casually. With that in mind, perhaps it would be better to ask your question accordingly.
