Many people don’t know about it. I wonder if being popular with women is more important. I asked an acquaintance with 20,000 followers, and they said they only earn a few tens of thousands of yen a month—basically pocket money. 【2023】Top 10 Mega-Influencers to Watch on Instagram 1. I’d say it refers to people who post actively on social media and have built up a decent following. On Instagram, even someone with just over 10,000 followers seems to be considered an influencer. I started getting DMs from influencer marketing companies once I passed around 5,000 followers, so depending on the definition, it might mean 5,000 or more. If you can make a living from it, that’s certainly a legitimate profession, but at this level, I don’t think that’s possible yet. Still, regardless of the specifics, I think it’s really just a matter of calling yourself one first. Taro
