I tried messaging two women.
About three weeks later, one of them replied, while the other still shows as having no response.
I suggested that, like Sugar Daddy, the site should display female members’ last login dates. That would help men identify relatively active members and make it easier to decide who to message. They replied that this feature is expected to be implemented around September, I think.

PATORO requires users to set up their profiles, so if your message hasn’t been marked as read, maybe she registered but hasn’t completed her settings yet.
When I set mine up, I asked a male user whether sending a heart would trigger any kind of notification, and he said it wouldn’t, so she probably wouldn’t notice it.
If you send her an invitation message and her settings are complete, she should receive it via LINE and email, so she’ll likely see it. If that doesn’t work, try adding her to your Universe favorites—she might notice you eventually.
There are plenty of women on there, so why not try messaging a few others as well?

I was going to fill out my profile, but it was such a hassle that I gave up.
The girls I’m advising have been messaging me and keeping the conversation going, so it seems fairly easy to tell which ones are proactive.
The messages themselves weren’t particularly encouraging, and apparently they didn’t even make an offer.

I’m Shiro Usa, a new answerer.
PATOLO messages trigger an email notification, and the full message is included in the email, so you can read it there.
If the recipient searches by name and accesses the profile without opening the message in PATOLO, it won’t be marked as read.
Also, most people are probably members of both the club and PATOLO, so I think they simply haven’t checked it.
In fact, one woman received a date review from someone else while my message was still marked unread, so I suspect that’s what happened.
(I haven’t set up LINE notifications, so I’m not sure about those.)
