Meg, it’s been a while. My daughter finally started college. She still comes along on trips, though, so she’s still very much a child… With the women I’ve offered arrangements to so far, Type A gets around 1.2–3.4 offers, while the other types get fewer—some only 3–4 a month. On average, I’d guess they receive around 15–20 offers a month, while the more popular ones probably get 20–30. They say that in most things, the top 20% account for 80% of the results, so I imagine it’s something like that. I think this is probably because I’m not good-looking and tend to choose based on appearance. That said, beautiful women do seem to place more importance on a man’s personality than his looks…

Oh, Meg! It’s nice to hear from you for a change(笑) As for my answer, you don’t necessarily need to receive that many offers. Looking at the current situation—where I kept getting rejected, while you, Meg, received only a few offers, yet both of us ultimately entered long-term relationships—it seems that men have generally already decided they like a woman’s looks and so on by the time they make an offer. For women, as long as the man they meet for the first time isn’t an extreme mismatch, I think it’s possible to continue the relationship through a dating club as well. They often say that every encounter is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, after all. I hear there are more male members these days, so I think you should update your photos and comments, appeal to the club for help, and do whatever you can to increase your chances of meeting someone. If you still haven’t met anyone after six months, I recommend deciding that finding someone through the dating club will be difficult and moving on to the next step.

I used to think the same way as Seattle, but the number of male members has increased over the past few years while the number of female members has stayed about the same, so I may actually be getting quite a few offers. Recently, there have been several times when I thought, “This woman must be a blue ocean,” made an offer, and then found out she was actually somewhat of a red ocean. Sometimes women are featured on the member page with comments like “Zero offers!” But I feel that in many cases, it’s not so much their looks as their profile comments and other factors that make men hesitant to approach them. Around 30% get no offers at all. Most people get about one to three offers. There’s no upper limit. That’s the general impression I’ve gotten from reading this site for a long time.

It depends on the person. Some women receive no offers at all, while others get 10 or even 20 and ask to temporarily stop accepting new ones.

I’m a former female member. The number of offers you receive depends on the person. I was in my 40s and received my first offer one week after registering. And that was the only one. We’ve been seeing each other for nearly four years now, and the papa who made that offer still treats me very well. Meeting someone is a miracle—quality over quantity. Welcome to a world completely unrelated to “petit” arrangements or making money. P.S. Dear Paper Airplane, It’s been a while. Your daughter is still as adorable as ever☆ Since I’m no longer a member, I’ll answer quietly (or not so quietly?). Thank you for welcoming me.
