I assume the arrogant, big-headed response you’re referring to was mine, yet somehow Kitamura, one of our staff members, is the one apologizing profusely.
In any case, the most important thing is for you to join a dating club that suits you. So perhaps it’s for the best that you didn’t end up joining Universe.
I imagine there are many people who decided not to join because they were pissed off by an arrogant response from a company that makes its living using women to receive money from men. You may not be the only one—there could be thousands of them.
That’s why I run this question box. If all I’m going to do is give bland, inoffensive answers that neither hit the mark nor upset anyone, then a simple Q&A page would be enough.

If you see a photo of a boss and a new hire chatting over mugs of coffee, it’s usually a toxic workplace.
Our official website’s mission is recruitment and attracting customers. So, to me, it’s important to be willing to say outright, “You don’t need to join us.”

That is something I have always tried to keep in mind while carrying out my work. However, hearing that we have given you the impression of becoming arrogant made me realize once again that we need to take a closer look at our words and actions.

In a sense, that is correct. Without women willing to register, dating clubs could not exist. I would like to once again express my sincere gratitude to all the women who have registered with us.
