Some people may be put off by glasses, so you’ll probably get fewer offers. That said, I’ve never been intimate with a woman who wears glasses—do they usually take them off during intimacy? If she does take them off, and she’s attractive without them, then it might be perfectly fine. How about having her take two sets of photos: some with glasses and some without?
