If the weather is so severe—heavy snow or a typhoon—that public transportation isn’t running, the date will probably be canceled, since even the club staff and restaurant employees won’t be able to get to work. In that case, I don’t think there would be any penalty, but it could be different if the weather is still manageable enough for people to get around. For an auto-date through PATOLO, as long as both parties agree via chat, rescheduling won’t incur a penalty.
