Thank you for your question!
Let me explain about fake profiles and honey traps in dating clubs.
**Fake profiles**
Suppose you start a dating club. A man interested in joining comes in for an interview.
Naturally, he’ll ask, “So, how many women do you have? Any real beauties?” Then he’ll say, “Let me take a quick look.”
If you only had ten women who were just average, he’d probably walk right out. So you mix photos of fictional women into the album and make it look like you have 100 members.
Even after he joins, if he makes an offer, you can just say, “Sorry, we can’t get in touch with her.” Meanwhile, through the owner’s efforts, you work on increasing the number of women so the men don’t quit.
**Honey traps**
You become involved with a woman you met through a date. Three months after you start sleeping together, she unusually takes the initiative and says, “Come over to my place today.”
While you’re having sex, saying things like, “She’s such a cutie,” the front door suddenly opens.
“Akemi! What the hell are you doing? Who’s this man? You know my little sister is only 15, right? Huh? We’re taking this all the way to court!”
By then, the woman has already left the club, and the staff can’t be contacted. Even when you check the documents used to verify her age, there’s only a health insurance card, so you can’t tell whether it even belongs to her.
In the end, you agree to pay 3 million yen on the condition that they won’t tell your family or workplace.
So, does that answer your question?
I’ve been in this industry for over ten years, and I’ve never actually heard of a honey-trap case even once.

A quick search will explain what a tsutsumotase is, but I don’t think there are any fake profiles at Universe Club.
You’ll probably find them at matchmaking parties, on small-time dating apps, and in suspiciously cheap real estate ads.
