As far as I know, all airlines have restrictions on how their uniforms may be handled, though the degree varies. That said, there are probably various loopholes.
An acquaintance who used to be a flight attendant for a certain foreign airline took home the uniform she was supposed to return when she left the company and put it to use, haha.
She even offered, “Want me to wear it?” But for various reasons, flight attendant uniforms simply don’t do anything for me—in fact, I couldn’t get it up even with a little chemical assistance—so I politely declined.

I know someone who’s a professional in that field, and it usually takes about five meetings to build trust.
If you want to ask by the second meeting, though, have a bundle of cash ready.

I know someone who works as a flight attendant for JA◯, and apparently taking their uniform off the premises is strictly prohibited.
That’s probably because there are so many men who, like you, have questionable ideas.
You could probably find a cheap-looking one in the cosplay section at Don Quijote.
