I prefer a natural look, so I’m not interested in women who’ve had cosmetic surgery. As for breasts, I think one characteristic of women who haven’t had surgery is that they naturally fall to the sides when lying on their backs. I suppose how men feel about cosmetic surgery depends on the individual.
