If you feel that you can’t accept the situation and want to end things, then I think it’s okay to break up.
That said, if you ultimately feel that ending the relationship would be a waste, you should be more open about your own feelings and look for a way to improve things together.

Regardless of allowance-based dating, I don’t think there’s any relationship where everything is completely satisfying. Meeting each other halfway is really important.
