If he’s smooth and experienced when escorting you, or has been a member for a long time, he’s likely seeing several people.

If she meets you every time, there’s a chance she isn’t seeing multiple partners.
If there are days when she won’t meet you, she probably is.
But if she is seeing multiple partners, you can’t really tell, since you could also be seeing multiple women during that time.
It’s best to assume that a papa (a male supporter) can generally make three or four times as much time as a woman can.
