Rather than saying this is the true intention of male members as a whole, I think a certain number of men are really hoping to finish inside.
That’s why you need to protect yourself. First, regarding STIs: syphilis cases reached a record high last year since statistics began being collected, and this year appears to be on track to surpass last year’s numbers. The doctor at the urology clinic where I get tested regularly told me, “Even at a small clinic like ours, there isn’t a day when we don’t diagnose someone with a positive STI result.”
We can’t simply apply these trends to dating clubs, but unfortunately, it does seem certain that the number of people infected with STIs is increasing. For that reason, I believe both male and female club members should generally get tested regularly.
As for pregnancy, many female members believe that if they become pregnant and choose to have an abortion, the papa should naturally cover the cost plus something extra. However, if the man hires a lawyer or the matter goes to court, the basic rule is that the abortion costs are split when the sex was consensual.
So, to avoid pregnancy, you should take proper precautions and act carefully.
It seems you have circumstances that require you to join a dating club, but I hope you can find something enjoyable within it and make the most of your time there.

I replaced the person’s name with *.
> “I have to do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) to cover my living expenses.”
I’m not really sure what you mean by this part.
Do you mean that you can’t support yourself with a regular job?
If you mean that you can’t find work, Japan’s Constitution, Article 25, Paragraph 1, states:
“Every person shall have the right to maintain the minimum standards of wholesome and cultured living.”
Japan also has a public assistance system.
If you’re struggling to make ends meet, I think you should apply for public assistance. That way, you can support yourself and maintain a healthy, culturally decent standard of living.
With that in mind, it doesn’t seem as though you have to do papa-katsu just to cover your living expenses.
If, instead, you mean that you don’t want to live at the bare minimum and are doing papa-katsu because you want a slightly higher standard of living, then I think you should quit immediately if you feel scared.
Try working a regular job first.
Once you have enough breathing room to find someone you don’t feel afraid of and can truly trust, I think it would be fine to return to papa-katsu.

Doing it reluctantly to cover living expenses isn’t papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) or a relationship with an allowance—it’s prostitution. Please don’t confuse the two.
There’s no need to name anyone personally, either.
Personally, I see the advantage of finishing inside as not having to worry about the timing of ejaculation, but honestly, I dislike the mess afterward.
Everyone has different views, so asking “What do men think?” is a nonsensical question.
