If you’re in your late 40s, I don’t think there’s any need to look for women in their 30s or older at a club that’s basically like a fishing pond.
Personally, I think women around 20 to 22 or 23, who haven’t yet been shaped by any particular influence, would be better. Beautiful women don’t go unnoticed by men, so they tend to get influenced—and become independent—pretty quickly.
As for the restaurant mentioned in the previous question, I’d recommend a stylish, elegant, tasty, popular place that isn’t too formal, is usually full, and lively enough that you can’t hear the conversations around you. Ideally, it should have a counter where you can talk comfortably, sit close together, and naturally grow closer.

I honestly can’t understand the feeling of “I’d be in trouble if a client or business partner saw me.”
I can somewhat understand being worried that your spouse or her acquaintances might find out if you’re married, though.
Calling it disrespectful toward your job might sound a little harsh, but if you work hard and keep delivering results, no one will say anything bad about you. If anything, they’ll respect you.
The questioner is a salaried employee, right? The smell of trying to curry favor is overwhelming—more disgusting than old-man odor. “Young girls are so cute!!” What the hell is that supposed to mean?
If you want to enjoy papa-katsu openly, have the resolve and drive to start a business and become the CEO. Don’t let either papa-katsu or your life end up half-hearted. Stop drifting through life!
