I’d like to ask what kind of explanation men receive about dating arrangements when they join, and so on.

Thank you for your inquiry. However, I’m afraid I’m unclear about the intent behind your question and why you’re asking it, so I can’t help but feel somewhat suspicious. We carefully explain the dating club’s rules so that gentlemanly men can join. That is all I can say in response. Tomokazu Akai Universe Club, Shinjuku Branch Staff

I’m not someone you were specifically asking to answer, but— The women who register with dating clubs are often very young and attractive. By contrast, many of the men have become unable to pursue ordinary romantic relationships for various reasons, and are in a situation where young, attractive women would never give them a second look. Matching services such as dating clubs bring together these two people who are in completely different circumstances. These kinds of matching services have existed for a very long time, but the people who organized them into a system deserve a lot of credit. As a country old man like me, I’m extremely grateful for them. I’ve forgotten what I was told when I joined, since it was quite a while ago, but even now, I still feel that dating clubs are something to be grateful for. So, with the woman I was introduced to through the club, we began seeing each other under the terms of once-daily communication, two dates a month, and a fixed monthly allowance. It’s been five years now. We’re not exactly “madly in love,” but we’re very close. Rather than worrying, as you do, about what explanations are given regarding relationships when joining, I think it would be more beneficial for you to proceed while confirming how the men who join dating clubs themselves view the concept of a dating club.

Mr. Maezawa, I think he’s simply testing us.

Are you looking for tips or something? You need to explain more about why you came to that conclusion. Otherwise, you just look like a spy. What happened, what were you struggling with, and what made you curious about the explanation being given? > I think they’re simply testing us. Were you being tested? ><

As 纸ひこうきさん wrote, a dating club’s role ends with saying, “If you hit it off, it may develop into an adult relationship (intimate).” What happens after that isn’t really within the dating club’s scope. Of course, since they receive feedback from members, they might bring something up during the membership process if there’s an especially concerning issue. But fundamentally, it’s not something the club can dictate, so I think that wording is a little questionable. That said, I think things are fine in most cases. Still, there are strange people out there with a certain probability, so I think it’s important to be able to identify them. Some people have genuinely unusual preferences, while others think, “Since I have this opportunity, maybe I’ll try something strange.” If you stay alert, you can probably tell the difference to some extent. If you’re worried, you should talk about how you feel. Whether they listen to you properly may give you a chance to understand the other person a little more deeply. Taro

It’s simply an explanation that they facilitate meetings between men and women; what you do afterward is entirely up to you.
