I looked for the woman with the oldest membership number who is still currently listed, and she registered in 2011.
So she’s now in her eighth year as a member.
If you’re still receiving offers, I don’t think there’s any need to leave just because of how long you’ve been registered.
Of course, if you want to leave for another reason, that’s fine too. You can always register again later.
(However, if too much time passes, you may have to go through another interview, and although you were accepted before, you might not be accepted this time. This is rare, though.)

I think it’s ultimately up to each individual, but since the male members are constantly changing as well, some may prefer to place their hopes in new male members rather than long-term members who have already seen the same familiar profiles.
Also, everyone is getting older, so I don’t know how old you are, but being 26 versus 28 may lead to you being viewed differently.
You said things are gradually declining.
That suggests you’re still receiving at least some offers, so perhaps it might be best to value that and leave things as they are for now… at least, that’s what I feel.
