You’re better off taking something like that to your grave.

If you don’t want your friends to find out, don’t do it. If your policy is not to do it with anyone you know, then don’t.
You need to decide which it is. Keeping it secret is the top priority, so you can’t afford to have doubts.

I think it’s fine to make her an offer, but I don’t think you should bring that up.
She may be keeping her papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) activities a secret, so having people around her close ranks like that would feel creepy.... It comes across as a form of intimidation. If everyone around her is also doing papa-katsu and it’s all out in the open, then I suppose it would be fine.
So, to get to the point:
Isn’t that something you should be able to figure out without asking?
It would be a turnoff.
Ah, but if you want her to like you even more, try sending her a private DM on social media saying, “I found you at the club. Your club name is 〇〇〇, right? I’m debating whether to make you an offer. Would it be okay if I did?”
