I saw someone say that Sozetsu Papa-katsu Gentleman’s answers are off-topic and that it would be a problem if more men took them at face value.

I don’t really think they’re that far off. I think they do answer the questions, after all. That answer is just Sozetsu Papa-katsu Gentleman’s personal opinion, right? Rather than singling him out, I get the impression that taking any answers on this site at face value is a little misguided. Questions about the site’s administration or operations may have a correct answer, but questions about members’ activities don’t necessarily have one definitive answer. I do think many of Sozetsu Papa-katsu Gentleman’s answers are rather extreme, but I don’t think he’s telling people to follow them exactly. I feel they can still make both men and women think about where to draw the line on what they can tolerate and where consideration for the other person matters. (Sorry, I’m having trouble putting this into words.) The same goes for the answer people describe as condescending. Haha. I’m sorry for putting it so bluntly, but someone who blindly takes that answer exactly as written—isn’t that just plain stupid? Sorry for posting this even though it isn’t a question.
