Saito-san♪desu-san has already given an almost completely correct answer, so mine will be much the same: A model (someone well-known), a celebrity (someone well-known), a TV announcer (someone well-known), or a flight attendant. Of course, if the person doesn’t want to keep her identity secret, she’ll simply be registered normally. But if she does request it, I think these are the kinds of professions likely to be approved for secret registration. That said, in the case of an exceptionally impressive woman, she may be registered secretly at her own request even without any notable title or profession.

If you search extensively, you’ll find plenty of models and artists, and occasionally even women who turn up on Wikipedia have their faces shown. As for the kinds of titles or backgrounds that qualify, perhaps something like: - A model who appears on a major commercial TV network - Someone who appears in commercials - A high-ranking beauty pageant contestant (roughly finalist level in one of the three major pageants) - An entertainer or female TV announcer with regular work - A flight attendant or secretary (limited to those of a particularly high caliber—the kind who receive a flood of offers, along with the right personality) That’s probably the general image, wouldn’t you say? Of course, there are wonderful women who don’t fit these categories as well. I’m simply referring to the kind of background associated with women whom you normally wouldn’t have many opportunities to meet or date. That’s the impression I have, at least.
