I have a question: Do you think I’d be rejected if I have a disability certificate and attend a Type A supported employment facility? (For about two years since obtaining the certificate, I’ve only had symptoms that don’t interfere with my daily life.)

They’ll answer if you ask when applying, so you should be able to find out before the interview.
However, in the past, we unfortunately declined registration for people who had a disability certificate, because we were concerned about something happening during a date.
Pregnant women also cannot register, for the same reason—we’re concerned about something happening during a date.

If it doesn’t interfere with your daily life, I think you should be accepted.
Some men may think, “I’ll avoid making an offer because she has a disability certificate,” but I’m sure there are also men who look at your photos and profile and think, “I’d still like to make an offer.”
By the way, rather than asking whether you’ll pass the interview, I feel that “Do you think I’ll receive any offers?” is probably the more fitting question.
