Some PJs say “no offers”—is that really true?

There’s no point in lying, so it’s probably true. But the moment she posts it, there’s still a chance that a papa (a male supporter) who likes women who don’t get offers will send her an offer.

I don’t see why the club would need to lie about that.

On UC, some people also use it to mean they’ve received zero offers (lol). This reminds me of someone I met before… She said, “This is my first offer,” but after we’d met a few times, she told me, “Actually, I’m registered with another club too, and I’ve met about five people so far.” It really depends on how you interpret “first”—her first time at a dating club, or her first time on UC. Even UC’s staff would probably have a hard time clearly confirming someone’s offer history at other clubs. So rather than worrying too much about whether this is her first offer, if she seems like a promising woman, why not go ahead and make an offer?

When you consider all the possible scenarios, I think you can see that questions like this are ultimately meaningless. Suppose you ask whether something written in a post is true. If it is true: - If someone who can only lie answers, they’ll say, “It’s a lie.” - If someone who can only tell the truth answers, they’ll say, “It’s true.” If it is a lie: - If someone who can only lie answers, they’ll say, “It’s true.” - If someone who can only tell the truth answers, they’ll say, “It’s a lie.” So how can you determine whether the answer is true or false? No matter what answer you receive, you ultimately can’t tell which one is the truth. That’s why, before asking the question, I think it’s best to assume that the universe wouldn’t lie and simply take it as “true.” Also, if you consider the timeline, a post saying “0 offers” may have been accurate when it was written. But if offers come in afterward, by the time the questioner makes an offer, they could already be the second or third person. In other words, something can be true when it’s posted but become false by the time an offer is made. If the answer is that we’re expected to account for the timeline and act with zero deviation—even down to a single second—that’s obviously impossible. And even if someone says, “I don’t mean literally one second,” posts generally remain unchanged for several days after they’re published. So from here on, it’s really a matter of interpretation—or perhaps a matter of rules. I’d like people to accept the concept that “it was true at the time it was written.” In fact, I think most people understand it that way. But I suspect that people who ask questions like this judge everything by their own standards, and can’t accept it if, when they go on a date and ask their partner, they find out that the other person had received offers from someone else too. That’s why I wanted to explain it. Also, even if there were no other offers when the questioner made their offer, another offer could come in before they actually go on the date.

For those who received no offers, you can just calculate it as 100% minus the figures above. Still, the low offer rate for Type E is kind of depressing...
