I think that instead of making small changes here and there, you’d be better off transforming yourself into a completely different person.

Since you’re going to have work done anyway, I think you might as well go for a look that makes you seem like an entirely different person.
Of course, they’ll probably accommodate you.
That said, the club and its male members would rather focus on attracting new women. If you contact them too frequently, it can become a nuisance. It’s a different story if you receive around 40 offers a year.

Speaking from what I know about cosmetic surgery, even if you have small procedures done here and there, they probably won’t affect your photos enough to noticeably increase the number of offers.
So I think it would be better to ask for a reshoot once your face is fully settled. Even if you undergo procedures that make you feel you’ve changed a little, or that only people close to you notice, the cruel truth is that your appearance won’t change that much in photos.
Instead, you might be better off learning how to photograph yourself beautifully before your next reshoot in six months. After all, you’ll have a prettier face to work with.
For example, jaw reduction, a nose implant, inner or outer-corner eye surgery, liposuction, thread lifts, hyaluronic acid in the lips or forehead, masseter Botox—procedures said to take more than six months to fully settle—could make a considerable difference.
But if they take six months to fully settle, that would be around the same time as your next reshoot anyway.
Also, personally, until things have stabilized, there’s still a chance the results could change. So rather than getting new photos just to receive more offers, I feel it would be better to explain the situation to your current papa (a male supporter) and maintain a long-term relationship with him.
There seem to be all kinds of men out there, after all（笑）
