I registered as a Type B, and among the men who offered to meet me through Universe, two said they were open to seeing me for dinner only. I’m still meeting one of them for dinner only, while the other is now my papa on a monthly arrangement.
I joined prepared for an adult relationship (intimate), but I’ve realized that there are also men who genuinely want to meet just for dinner.
That said, if an adult relationship (intimate) is completely off the table for you, I think it’s better to register as a Type A.

> Is it possible to have an arrangement limited to coffee, meals, or shopping?
For example, if you were a celebrity who appeared on TV and had a large following, there would probably be people willing to pay just to shake your hand, and others who would pay quite a lot for a date with you.
Even if you weren’t an actual celebrity, if you were a woman with such striking looks that a man might think, “I’d never normally get to meet someone like her,” he might be willing to pay for a date.
But if you’re just an ordinary person, men may feel that they could have a meal with you without paying, so there are probably plenty of women they can dine with without offering money.
So, while some women are open to arrangements limited to coffee, meals, or shopping, I don’t think it’s possible for just anyone.
> I’m not comfortable with that kind of activity or relationship and would like to avoid it…
On dating sites and apps, some people do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) involving meals only. If you upload an attractive, edited photo, you might be able to meet someone at least once.
You could repeat that one-time meeting several times, or if they come to appreciate your personality at that first meeting, it might lead to something ongoing.
In that sense, if you use an app or dating site where edited photos are allowed, you may have a chance to win them over based on who you are.
That said, I hear there are plenty of no-shows and people who try to scam you, so you’ll need to know how to protect yourself. You’ll also need a strong enough mindset to keep showing up at the meeting place no matter how many times someone stands you up.

Universe is a dating club, so I think it’s basically geared toward adult relationships (intimate).
That said, Universe also offers A-type arrangements, which are essentially dates like having tea, so I think it’s relatively easy to join.
If you’re not comfortable with an adult relationship, you can simply decline, so there’s no need to worry. The club verifies the men’s identities, so compared with services outside dating clubs, it’s definitely more reassuring.
Even though it’s a dating club, there seem to be some idiots among the men once in a while, so just be a little careful.

If it’s not really dependent on the person, then she’s basically an A-type.
If she doesn’t seem hesitant about choosing between the other types during the interview, she’ll probably mainly receive offers from men who understand that.
On the other hand, if she does seem unsure, be careful—she may start receiving offers from men thinking they might have a chance with her.
That said, the women looking for dinner-only arrangements aren’t necessarily all A-types.
There was a popular B-type woman before who said it depended on the person, but her preferences were extremely narrow.
As a result, she apparently turned down adult relationships with every man who made her an offer after one or two dinners.
(Since this wasn’t technically type fraud, there weren’t any negative reviews before I made an offer.)
According to her, men would still sometimes ask to continue seeing her even if it was dinner only, and she apparently maintained those relationships through meals and shopping.
I was told that this kind of thing can happen when the woman is exceptionally beautiful.

Some people register as Type A, which is dinner only (no intimacy), so I don’t think it’s a problem at all.
That said, even among Type A people, there may be those who invite you assuming they’ll be the exception. If that happens, you can simply explain your reasons and decline. Alternatively, you could keep them guessing with suggestive behavior and string them along.

You can simply register as Type A. I don’t know whether you’ll receive any offers, though.

In the club, women seek money, while men seek an adult relationship (intimate)—and each can get what they’re looking for.
Some men aren’t focused primarily on an adult relationship, and some well-off men won’t make such advances, so it may be possible.
There are also men who, like you, understand that someone may not be comfortable with it. However, you should keep in mind that at a club, many men will probably take that as a personal rejection.
