With a setting date, you’ll be forcibly removed from the club.
I once had an offer fall through because the woman was forcibly removed after failing to show up for a date with another man.
With a letter date, however, you won’t be forcibly removed even if you cancel at the last minute after making plans to meet.
So with a letter date, it’s better to wait until after you’ve actually met before completing the survey.
If she cancels at the last minute, you can give her the worst possible rating and lower her star rating.

I’m not quite sure what you mean.
If you’re talking about a date arranged by Universe:
> No contact even when the meeting time arrived
At that point, wouldn’t you contact Universe? I’d expect their response to be something like, “We couldn’t get in touch with her,” or “She said she suddenly became ill. We’re sorry.”
It wouldn’t simply become:
> Canceled after several hours
Does “canceled” mean that Universe explained the circumstances and apologized, after which the date was canceled?
> What happens in that case?
Do you mean you’re angry at the woman and want her to be forcibly removed from the service?
And how did you know that this was her first date in the first place?
If it wasn’t her first date, her rating would go down, but she wouldn’t be forcibly removed.
Still, because men like this exist, it would probably be better to make the woman immediately invisible to the man after a date is arranged.
Perhaps he thinks, “Is she still visible because she hasn’t been forcibly removed yet?”

Unless there was a serious reason, such as being involved in an accident, it’s worse than canceling in advance on the day because it wastes even more of your time. Obviously, they should be permanently banned.

Unless there were fairly serious circumstances, I think it would result in forced removal—unless it was a letter date.
But honestly, does it really matter what happens to a woman you never had any connection with?

I’m not a staff member, so I can’t say for sure…
But if I may offer my personal opinion…
If someone genuinely becomes unable to make it that day, they should at least contact the other person before the scheduled time and cancel. In that case, I think banning them from the service is reasonable.
People who lack that basic common sense shouldn’t be registered in the first place.
Even if they suddenly feel ill that morning or run into some kind of problem, if they’ve made plans with someone, it’s only natural to get in touch.
