In my case, I’d ask for a chain necklace from Tiffany & Co. or Cartier, with a budget of ¥200,000.
For earrings, there’s nothing I want that costs under ¥200,000, so I’d discuss it with my papa. I’d love a pair of Van Cleef earrings too.
There are probably also pieces you could get from Dior, CHANEL, BVLGARI, and other brands.
I always wear the jewelry my papa has given me when we go on dates, which makes him happy too. I recommend choosing something practical that you can wear every day and that goes well with your clothes.

If you’re looking for a luxury brand item under ¥200,000, you actually have quite a few options.
Van Cleef & Arpels would probably only be realistic for something like a bracelet, but Tiffany & Co., Bulgari, Cartier, and CHANEL all have options in that price range. I haven’t been especially interested in any particular jewelry lately, but chain necklaces seem to be trending, so I think they’re cute—though they’d probably go over ¥200,000. With prices going up everywhere, it may be difficult.
That said, receiving a gift is wonderful, so I think it’s best to look for something you can actually try on and feel isn’t too flashy, something you genuinely find cute and would be happy to show to people you know.
Also, whether something suits you depends on your body frame and face type, so keep that in mind. I recommend searching for terms like “body frame jewelry” or “face type jewelry” for more information.

Christmas is something to look forward to, isn’t it? I’m jealous!
Since you’ve already decided on earrings or another accessory and know the budget is ¥200,000, why not look around and choose something yourself within that range? Isn’t the process fun?
I’m sure you can find earrings and other accessories from CHANEL, DIOR, BVLGARI, Cartier, and many other brands within your budget. Bracelets can be cute too!
Unfortunately, the Van Cleef piece I want is over budget. What a shame! lol
I’m not the one receiving a present, but I think it’s fun to spend time wondering, “What should I choose?” Or imagining, “I’d love to receive something like this someday.” It’s all just daydreaming, though. lol

Since you already have a clear budget and know that you want either earrings or another piece of jewelry, I think it would be more fun to look around and find something yourself.
It’s a little unusual to ask someone else what you want, but I suppose you mean that you’d like something everyone would think is nice.
Still, you’ll probably be able to talk more passionately about something you personally love than something others simply approve of when they ask, “Why did you choose this?”
P.S. Gold (Au) would be good. I don’t know how much it costs, though.
I looked it up, and the current price of gold is ¥8,864 per gram. If you were given a 20-gram gold bar, it would cost ¥177,280, which seems to fit within your budget.
If a gold bar feels too obvious, maybe a gold coin would be better. However, because of the processing fees, its resale value would be lower.
A half-ounce (15.5517 g) Vienna Philharmonic gold coin seems to be priced at ¥149,036 today.

Decline the ¥200,000 Christmas gift and ask your papa (a male supporter) for a “song” instead. Having him passionately sing a Christmas song to you would be the best gift of all.
I’m torn. On one hand, I wonder if replying with “a song” every time might reduce the number of questions about gifts like this. On the other hand, I feel like the other people answering might get fed up before the questions decrease at all. If there were death threats every time, I’d happily respond with “a song,” but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m torn.
