I should start by saying that I don’t know the details myself.
When Joe was new to the club, one of his favorite ladies made a fortune with a Chinese papa. Contrary to the general image of Chinese people in Japan, she said Chinese papas were gentle and generous with their money. Four thousand years of Chinese history, I suppose.
I just remembered—you could try asking the club to “introduce you to a Chinese papa.” A former favorite of mine used this approach. Though in her case, he was a papa from Taiwan, not mainland China. Things may have changed, so it might be more difficult now.
