It’s hard to say across the board which one is more difficult.
If you can be intimate with anyone regardless of who they are, then working in the adult entertainment industry might suit you better.
I think nightlife work can be difficult to earn money in if you’re not suited to it.

If your view of nightlife work is the same as Joe’s, then as far as he knows, there are basically two ways to make money: either you’re extremely good at holding your liquor or you rely on pillow business. If you’re not good with alcohol, he recommends working at a soapland. That’s why so many soapland workers come from clubs.
That said, I’ve never done either, but I don’t think either option is easy.

Nightlife jobs are part of the “mizushobai” industry, I suppose. If you can’t hold your liquor, they can be pretty tough.
